Special Guests...An Audience Filled with Entertainers at Sunset Station Show

Vegas Voice Show Saturday, November 9th

Join  Radio host, Dick Arendt,  this Saturday, November 9th at 7:00am and again at noon on Sunday for The Vegas Voice Show on  KLAV radio, AM 1230, on your dial.
Dick's show his week is a bit different than others.

He went to the first "An Afternoon Affair" show at Sunset Station on October 30th and strolled the crowds, talking with entertainers who performed or who were in attendance at this inaugural show hosted by Mark O'Toole

...and even talked with a few residents from Sun City Anthem and Sun City Summerlin who were so excited about the first show at Red Rock on October 16th...
...they had to see the "Sunset Station" version as well..

"An Afternoon Affair" show is the latest entertainment "bonus" provided to the "Age 50+" population of the Las Vegas valley, by The Vegas Voice.

You'll hear the enthusiasm of those in the entertainment industry about the commitment the Vegas Voice has made to enhancing senior entertainment for their readers, and their dedication to providing seniors an avenue for their "health, wealth, and good times".

Was it fun ?

Ran into Illinois snowbirds, Jack and Janine (hope we spelled that right), at the Composers Showcase. These two people, who don't spend a lot of time in Las Vegas every year, but when they are here, they try to take in a lot of entertainment...especially some of the things we love and write about.

On Wednesday, among the shows they saw was Mark OToole's An Afternoon Affair in the Club Madrid at Sunset Station.

A variety show, in the style of Ed Sullivan, Wednesday's show starred crooner OToole, and featured Ronnie RoseWes WintersGeechy GuyTommy Ward, and Gary Anthony as co-host, with surprise guest, Rich Little. Our Illinois visitors said it was a show worth $100. That's quite an endorsement! Mark OToole returns to Sunset Station on December 4th. The Club Madrid doors will open at 1 p.m. and show time at 1:30 p.m.

Oh! And did we mention that these afternoon revues are FREE?

Get there early!

Mark OToole

Mark your calendars for the  NEXT "An Afternoon Affair Show"...at Red Rock's Rocks Lounge on Wednesday afternoon, November 20th from 1:30pm to 3:00pm.
