Sun City Anthem Management Company Sends Out a Different Kind of Holiday Gift !

Oops...FSR goofed !

First Service Residential (FSR)
Sends Erroneous Association Dues Coupon Booklets

The one thing you shouldn't do....

... is send a quarterly dues bill of $700.50 to a person who writes a blog !

Well now, mistakes happen, but if you are one of the "fortunate" to receive this latest holiday package....

Don't despair....

...we believe is was sent to many homeowners in error.

We have no idea as to why this was sent to a number of residents, but we suspect that a number of homes were assessed a QUARTERLY ADDITIONAL SUM of $425.50 to cover the roofing repairs that were recently performed on the villas.

As a resident of  Canyon Crest Village, I have talked to others who have received similar billings.

But...if this is due to the villas assessment, we suggest that you verify your coupon book amounts if villas are present in your respective neighborhood village.

FSR was called and we were informed that corrected statements would be sent.

Unfortunately, neither an APOLOGY nor a REASON was given for the billing....or....if the ones in question were incorrect.

Time will tell !

When the management company was contacted, they simply asked our name AND address.

We are bringing this to the attention of our readers for two reasons....

One...READ YOUR BILL before paying it !

Two...there was no verification that a second bill would be sent if your address was not documented by FSR personnel, though we "assume" it will be automatically taken care of for those in error.

We're hoping this is a "glitch" in the FSR system, but nonetheless, we suggest you contact them if you receive what you perceive as an incorrect coupon book for your 2015 association dues payments.

The phone number is (702) 614-5816.

The one question that we at Anthem Opinions have....

Who pays for the mailing and reprinting the corrected coupon books ?

SCA...or...FSR

???
