Problems with Eblast or Subscribing to Anthem Opinons ?

Making Sure You Receive Anthem Opinions Eblasts

Within the past week, we have received seven new requests to subscribe to Anthem Opinions. Three of them have had problems following the necessary steps to complete the subscription request.

In addition we have also been informed some readers do not receive our elbasts whenever new articles have been written.

First, let's address our subscription policy.

This is a two step process...as per the instructions on the Welcome Screen.

Many subscribers merely enter their email address, and believe that completes the process.

IT DOES NOT..a second step is required.

Once you send us your email address, you will almost immediately receive an email from this address:

noreply+feedproxy@google.com

This email will say the following:

You received this message because you requested a subscription to the feed,

If you received this in error, please disregard.  Do not reply directly to 
this email.

If this email is NOT COMPLETED, your subscription request is incomplete and CANNOT BE HONORED.

When we receive an initial request, if this SECOND EMAIL is NOT COMPLETED....our system notifies us that the requirement has not been completed.

We will send you a FOLLOW-UP EMAIL stating that we are unable to complete your request UNTIL IS REQUIREMENT IS COMPLETED.

If within 3 days there is no response, we will SEND YOU A SECOND REMINDER, telling you that unless this is completed by a SPECIFIC DATE, your REQUEST WILL BE TERMINATED.

The purpose of this 2nd email is to verify that it is really you making the request. 

Not to have this 2nd step would allow any person to subscribe another individual...and we will NOT ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN.

There is yet another problem that may be encountered, namely receiving these verification emails.

They may be sent to a SPAM folder, and if the SPAM folder is not checked, you obviously will not have received the reminder.

How to avoid it being sent to SPAM ????

Simple...

Merely add the following email address to your address book.

anthemopinions@gmail.com

By doing so, when you receive correspondence from Anthem Opinions, your computer will recognize the email address, and send it to your inbox along with other emails you normally receive.

We hope that this will clarify some of the problems individuals have incurred in completing their subscription requests; and if all else fails, we encourage you to send us an email at the above address with your name and phone number.

We will call you and walk you through the process.
