I called the (McCarran) airport to find a way to get there. The response was that if coming from the south on the 15 to the 215 east and taking the connector under the airport is OK but you will have one (right) lane blocked. It will make traffic a bit slower but not a problem for either Term 1 or 3.
Going north on Eastern is good except when you get to Sunset. If you continue north to Russell, traffic should be easy.
