Anyone out there still believe that we don't have problems in Sun City Anthem governance?
We have a Board
President, Bella Meese, who, along with Secretary,
Jean Capillupo and
Treasurer (and Board reelection candidate), Tom Nissen, enjoy spending association dollars as if
they fall freely from the sky...
Now...in order to "maintain" the MACHINE we have
again and again made you aware of...
...we
also have a Board Vice President, Rex Weddle, who took it upon himself to SEND EMAILS to
NUMEROUS Sun City Anthem residents telling them WHO they should vote for in the
Board election.
Keep in mind, this is the guy who is making overtures to just about every existing board member and candidate running for a board position, that he believes he should be the next Sun City Anthem president !
This board vice president
is also the liaison to the ELECTION COMMITTEE,
and will be there counting the ballots on May
2nd.
Think we might see some
"hanging chads" somehow rejected considering he has
no use for candidates Barry Goldstein & Forrest Fetherolf...
...two REFORM candidates who believe Sun City Anthem is in
deep need of LAUNDERING THE DIRT the majority of this
current Board has flagrantly THROWN IN THE FACES OF EACH AND EVERY
RESIDENT ?
It's one thing when a
board member in casual conversation makes his views known to others, but PUBLICLY THROUGH A MASS EMAIL...by an
individual who is supposed to be IMPARTIAL...and...WILL BE OVERSEEING THE COUNTING OF THE
BALLOTS?
And...to add insult to
injury, we also obtained information that BETH
WEDDLE, his wife, lodged a complaint against a member
of the Election Committee for showing partiality
!
We think Mr. Weddle deserves to be highly criticized for this action, and
IMMEDIATELY resign as the Board liason to the Election
Committee as a result...
...and if he refuses...to be PUBLICLY CENSURED by his FELLOW BOARD MEMBERS for such deplorable action.

But.. we also think he
should be given an award at the next Board Meeting signed by EACH AND EVERY
HONEST resident of the Sun City Anthem Community.....
Readers, look at the reality of what this represents to all of us.
It is CORRUPTION...plain and simple...and it needs to be REMOVED.
Clean this up by
rejecting those who are part of that machine...

It has come to my attention that a desperate blogger who has been responsible for recommending continual corruption for years, now refers to me being a liar.
What next ?
I wonder if he ever reads the opening on his own blog?

Well now, somehow calling me name after name doesn't seem to fit that REQUIREMENT, does it?
Actually, what it does show is that he, like so many other biased individuals who write such vulgar and demeaning comments on his publication...
...are every bit the hypocrites that we have shown Mr. Weddle to be !
..that..."birds of a feather...flock together"...
..that scavenging buzzards attract other scavenging buzzards.
We refuse to jump in the same GUTTER as those who promote the same HORRENDOUS waste year in and year out...
..especially when that waste has been the result of electing board members whose relevant experience wouldn't fit in a thimble...
...yet continue to deny it...through their CORRUPT POLITICAL MACHINE.
We have called for printing of board VOTING RECORDS.
Elsewhere that "reporter" has never bothered to do so...because of some disturbing need to control the lives of people who merely want to live in an honest and peaceful environment....without having to deal with "control freaks" who have no life other than going to meeting after meeting.
Anthem Opinions has grown substantially as a result of BRINGING facts to the community....making individuals think for themselves...
..facts that those who are CORRUPT, don't have the courage to do ...
...in order that their incompetence can be camouflaged and continued again and again.
We sincerely hope that change is in the air...a clean breath of it...
...where you, the people of Sun City Anthem...the ones who will bear the results of leadership decisions, can vote for positive change in order that we may live our lives in an honest and caring environment WITHOUT the MENACING AND CONTROLING behavior of others.
We will know within a couple of weeks as to whether our community is ready to look at the past for the waste and destruction that people who have been bestowed confidence, have used and abused their powers....
...and either accept that new breath of fresh air, or continue to breathe the foul odor of what has existed.
But win or lose, we will NOT revert to DESPICABLE and UNDERHANDED NAME CALLING.
..because we, unlike others, feel no need to REDUCE OURSELVES TO an UNPROFESSIONAL and DEMEANING LEVEL....
...when WE KNOW...our intentions were to bring RELEVANT information to our readers.
As far as Mr. Weddle is concerned...
HE WILL BE THERE supervising the ballot count...he will be one of those who ultimately decides a questionable ballot. Board liasons supervise the activities of a committee.
In the case of the Election Committee, anyone who attended the first Candidate forum, witnessed the biased behavior of an Election Committee spokeswoman, who made every attempt to show favoritism toward candidate, Tom Nissen, when she interrupted members of the audience in their attempt to question Mr. Nissen's past behavior as the Association Treasurer.
Members of the audience BOOED HER for the interference.
Think it's a coincidence that she is a close personal friend of the blogger who enjoys NAMECALLING , and has been part of the MACHINE for years?
Still think that BIAS and CORRUPTION does not exists?
We believe our concerns are more than well founded.
On another minor matter...
...there also appears to be another individual on the blogger's "groupie list" named John Burke, who is under the belief that he is an expert at everything.
Mr. Burke made an incorrect assumption, that I am sure he too, will not be man enough to retract.
What he incorrectly stated is that I called for signing the ballots.
Mr. Burke, for your clarification, I called for SIGNING A STATEMENT when you obtain a ballot...just like you do when you cast a vote in a regular election...and SHOWING AN ID proving that it is actually YOU who is casting that ballot.
In other words, allow Sun City Anthem the same opportunity to "verify" the voter in the same manner as county, state, and national elections do, when you step into a voting location and request a ballot.
Any fool knows that no one would ever suggest signing the actual ballot...except one who looks at others in a condescending manner.
If Berman were a reporter he would publish unbiased information. He doesn't consider himself a blogger. Me thinks he just likes to see his name in print.
It amazes me the apathy of residents that live here that aren't even aware or interested in what is going on politically, know nothing about the candidates, and don't vote.
I think it's both humorous and another act of desperation that in one breath, a blogger supports a Board member who is the liason to an Election Committee for sending out a mass mailing...
... is exercising "his legal right to communicate with people about his board preference"...
... when in a different breath, says that a mass emailing from "Concerned Citizens of Sun City Anthem" which was 100% factual, should be condemned?
I guess it's just a matter of who you support and who you don't, to determine whether what is and what is not acceptable.
Like his support for this Board in everything they do...and his refusal to ever print the disturbing financial voting records the majority of them have displayed...
We simply say to him...

With regard to your blog on the upcoming election of Board Members.........I do hope there will be reputable people overseeing this election. It seems certain people have been called out for their lying, cheating and manipulating of the results.
It's just a shame this beautiful community we live in has to be compromised by such greedy, power hungry and narcissistic people.
