Starting a New Year
Right !
By now all of you are either waking up
from an early night...or...for those who are a bit more
"adventurous"...
...a hangover !
Either way, it's great to be alive and
welcome a New Year with hope of good health, experiencing a prosperous 12
months, and doing something so many of us may have neglected over the
years...
...expressing sincere gratitude to
those you call ...
So many of us have "associates", but how many of you have a true friend or friends ?
Just what is a true
friend?
And so...
We're asking all of you to start 2017
in a way you may never have done so in the past !
If you're fortunate to have "The Perfect Friend or Friends "...whether they be a member
of our community or those you may have known in your working years or even since
childhood....
Take a moment on
this first day of the year....
Don't
email...Don't text....Don't tweet...Don't Facebook
!
Do it the old fashioned
way.
Sometime during the day in between
the football games and that comfortable nap ....
Pick up the phone and
call that person(s)
and
...tell them what
they're meant to you over the years !
Most importantly...don't
procrastinate.
I can guarantee that when that person
answers the phone, you will have added a new meaning in their lives to the
words....
and you....
...will experience a smile
while walking down the path of memories thanking the good Lord for all the
blessings you've received as a result of knowing that
special person.
After all, in our senior years, you many never
have the opportunity of doing so again.
Again, a very Happy New Year to All
of You.
Now...make those calls
