Just Ridiculous and Biased
When it comes to polls on blogs, nothing could be more ridiculous.
Why?
Because they are
unscientific and intended to unduly influence
you.
Just as CNN leans toward a liberal
point of view and FOX toward a more conservative one, it shouldn't surprise
anyone how polls will be answered by their respective
readers.
And after the 2016 Presidential
election, the belief "polls" reflect validity certainly dispelled that
!
Let's get
serious.
Does anyone believe
that a poll on David's Anthem Journal has validity of any kind other than to his
"groupies"?
That publication is
merely a mirror of how the Sun City Anthem Board and General Manager WANT YOU TO
THINK.
If you do visit that
publication...
Ask yourself ???
When have you ever witnessed an article
that in ANY WAY criticized the activities of "the
machine" to which that publication is "owned" lock stock and barrel in
promoting the waste and corruption that has existed for
years?
Has that
publication EVER published the contents of the
removal or "no confidence" petitions?
Has that
publication EVER been critical of ANY waste of ANY
KIND in Sun City Anthem?
Has that
publication EVER published THE LOSSES of the
restaurants over the years?
Has that
publication EVER published the SECRET MEETINGS that
this or previous Boards have conducted?
Just what does that publication provide to Sun City Anthem?
If you define the word

... as REPRINTING anything already sent out by the General Manager
or Board or schedules of activities found in The Spirit magazine, then that
blogger is certainly your "go to guy" !
The editorials

..almost entirely CONDONE or AVOID controversial
topics that concern WASTEFUL SPENDING...
...and are either
centered around HALF
TRUTHS or CRITICIZING
individuals who threaten exposing the blog author and his "chosen Board members" for the financial
destruction he and his cronies have caused the residents of Sun City Anthem in
the many senseless decisions his recommended UNQUALIFIED individuals have
made.
While Anthem Opinions stresses RELEVANT QUESTIONS and CONCERNS that all residents are entitled to have answered from those they elected, that particular blogger, through his yellow journalism, believes partial reporting and silence is the solution to governance...
...that we must have full trust in each and every decision made...
...and that defines a dictatorship, not a democracy.
He looks at Board members as if they are to "obeyed", just as any bureaucrat would do who NEEDS A SYSTEM TO DEFINE HIS VERY EXISTENCE.

is never welcomed; it is strictly forbidden and "disloyal", a good
example of which was evidenced by NEVER mentioning the CRUELTY toward the Nona
Tobin removal, instead merely REPRINTING the BOARD
HARDLINE.
Referring to the
director recall, what has that publication produced to counter the damning
accusations specified in the removal petitions ?
Anything on the issues or reasons?
One argument has to to with "the democratic process", that if they were replaced, that next election was the proper avenue to do it!
How hypocritical !!!
Even worse, how arrogant and insulting those words were when it came to the SIX individuals who fired Nona Tobin.
Somehow they couldn't wait until "the next election", could they?
The difference:
It will take 2,501 to rid ourselves of ONE of them, but it only took SIX of them to rid ONE of their own in a backdoor secret meeting they refer to as an "executive session" which EXCLUDED the director they chose to HUMILIATE by way of PUBLIC EXECUTION, without even allowing Tobin the decency to defend herself.
Another argument is the supposed...

... blaming removal proponents for the
outrageous expense in cost his "machine" has
embraced, while PROPONENTS HAVE DENOUNCED and offered
a reasonable figure that was IGNORED.
This Board was the one who voted YES to that high cost with the sanctioning of the General Manager.
Those are the parties who created the "unbudgeted high cost".

When every credible
source has indicated the Sun City Anthem management staff has been GROSSLY
overpaid, that blog author feels qualified to state she is NOT...
...when, in
examining his background, it is WITHOUT A SINGLE
ASPECT of his being qualified to make such a statement.
What RELEVANT BUSINESS experience does
the author of that publication have to make ANY FINANCIAL RECOMMEDATION much
less a logical decision?
It is common knowledge that his past is
filled with acts that can only attract "bureaucrats" whose successful life
experiences are all to often even more limited than his
own.
The financial results of their
decisions have been more than obvious over the years, otherwise there would have
been NO REMOVAL ELECTION.
Well now, with all this in mind, Anthem Opinions won't INSULT your INTELLIGENCE by providing a poll that our readers would undoubtedly respond to in an entirely different manner than you will see "over there"...
...but if you are
so inclined to fall for his BIASED NONSENSE and ATTEMPTS TO MAINTAIN HIS
PRECIOUS "MACHINE", we suggest that when you see the
results, make sure you add 825 votes to the proponent
totals.
Those 825
people had the courage to see "wrong" and try to "right it", while being
criticized by "a corrupt political machine", a blog written by a bureaucrat
without relevant credentials, with decisions made by unethical actions of a
Board and supported by an ever increasing unpopular General Manager and her
OVERPAID staff.
Don't allow yourself to be hoodwinked
by a group of self-serving individuals whose record has wrought havoc to our
community.
Correct these problems NOW, or face the
certainty of WASTEFUL CONTINUALLY INCREASING costs to you, the owners of the Sun
City Anthem community.

We wish to thank Mr. Berman for confirming everything stated in this most recent article in which I have been "honored" with his latest INSULTING REMARKS.
We woke up this morning to what was obviously burning a hole in his ego to take up his pen and write yet another condescending article that had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL ISSUES OF THE REMOVAL ELECTION.
As our initial article specifically stated, he has again avoided the issues and instead chosen to "kill the messenger".
How typical ... and ... how predictable !
Just more of the "yellow" journalism he spews to keep a CORRUPT SYSTEM in tact.
Nothing new, and like a child, the only way to avoid discussing the real issues is to divert attention to people who see him for what he is....a curse to the community for the waste and incompetence he has endorsed and been an active part of for years.
We understand the tragic figure he is.
His insecurity drives him to despise people who recognize incompetence when they see it; and his continually enticing the naive, ignorant, and yes, corrupt elements of our society, to further his unnatural needs of being a "control freak"...
... actions obviously he was unable to accomplish prior to retirement in the REAL WORLD, even to the extent of committing illegal acts that resulted in admission of dishonesty.
No Mr. B, I'm no "puppy", and each time he uses his poison pen name-calling tactics to avoid facing the reality of his failed existence and insecurities, he's similar to a child having a tantrum, and exhibiting BULLY behavior.
Actually, Mr. B has demonstrated that his obvious calling in life was to endorse all the corruption that exists in a community, because those who pray for honesty, know him, have watched him, and have borne the brunt of his HATRED for exposing the deeds he has sanctioned and committed year after year...

He is what he is; a social misfit in society who clamors for attention he had never received. That's been his past, and there is no reason to believe, he will ever change.
He's like the guy who follows the elephant in a parade with a pan and broom to clean up their droppings. That occupation would have primed him for his eventual purpose in Sun City Anthem.
This recall election is for real, and everything he and his CORRUPT associcates have done to stymie the efforts have thus far been a total failure in stopping it from going forward.
Attempting to expose individuals for signing petitions is a total FAILURE.
Blaming the unnecessary high cost on those who favor removal has been a FAILURE.
In one side of his mouth he says the people "spoke" in their being elected.
They also "spoke" when they gave Nona Tobin 2,001 of their votes.
Evidently, those words only seem to make sense to him and THE CORRUPT BOARD who came to that conclusion in the Tobin removal.
The Real Estate Division is investigating NUMEROUS aspects of this Removal including Board actions, General Manager and Community Association Manager sanctioning an employee's actions to INTERFERE with the PROCESS; as well as, THE REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR, Nona Tobin.
Any reason that's never been brought up by him?
Or is he afraid to expose his readers to the FULL STORY, rather than the tainted versions he spews?
...which of course, would have an obvious BIASED bearing on the senseless poll he his publishing.
This time around, Mr. B, can write all the condescending comments about individuals he chooses; they are a reflection of a LOSER who is clutching at straws to maintain the UGLY SYSTEM which has been allowed to FESTER for years.
The past election earlier in 2017 was a sign his "supposed" influence was at an all time low when he heavily endorsed a man for reelection who barely was reelected.
..and that CORRUPTION was more than amplified by the "backdoor deal" that occurred in reelecting him as President of Sun City Anthem.
That was the shot across the bow that opened the eyes of a community as to the credibility of his "high recommendation".
Add that to the actions of a General Manager whose popularity is at an all-time low for the problems she has created for the lifeblood of Sun City Anthem, its Club structure...actions that 836 people signed a "no confidence" petition as to her job performance.
And now, the cannons are set to finish the job.
The people have come to the conclusion they can no longer accept a system that has allowed a community that was once considered the #1 retirement location in the USA, to no longer being in the Top 50.
This removal is a choice between REFORMING A BROKEN SYSTEM and restoring the prominence once achieved, or MAINTAINING CORRUPTION which undoubtedly will reduce our national standing even further.
If people do not remove these individuals, the only logical conclusion that can be made is...
THEY SUPPORT CORRUPTION...
...a more than obvious conclusion THAT THE ENTIRE LAS VEGAS VALLEY will embrace as a result if they are not removed.
...and THAT...WILL...affect our lifestyle, reputation, AND property values in years to come.
Will the recall ballot allow separate votes on the GM and on the individual board members?
For example, can I vote to retain the GM and vote to remove one or more of the board members?
Or alternatively, will the ballot require a single vote on the entire package?
These are excellent questions...questions that have yet to be answered by a Board who is procrastinating for one purpose....
They want to delay this procedure as long as possible because by doing so, they believe it will "save their skins".
First, no one has stated if each director will have a single ballot; however, since the same petition was signed for each member, it would be a complete waste of association funds to have separate ballots...
...something I wouldn't put past them in light of their spending money needlessly.
Second, the ballots were received by the association on August 10th and as a result, the ENTIRE PROCESS must be concluded within a 90 day period, or November 8, 2017.
They finally decided to pay a high priced CPA firm to certify the validity of the petitions, and assuming they reach the minimum of 715 total, the ballots are supposedly going to be mailed on October 2, 2017.
The petitions totaled over 100 needed for the removal to take place, a figure that would have been more than sufficient to have them certified, but delay is part of their plan, and all this does is add cost THEY CHOSE TO NEEDLESSLY SPEND.
Though Nevada statutes would have allowed all the ballots to be received by the November 8th date, they have decided to FURTHER RESTRICT the time frame to the minimum allowed BY LAW, 15 days from the time they are mailed, or October 17th, another tactic to "save their skins".
Mail to owners out of town can take up to 4-5 days for delivery and their return time can be similar. Obviously, the individuals would HOPE their ballot is received by the short time frame or it will not be counted.
On top of all of this, it was decided that if 2,501 total votes are not received within the 15 days, they are not even going to count them, yet another obvious tactic to show what we believe will be a substantial number of votes approving the removal.
There is no fail safe system.
All the ballots will be sent to the CPA for counting, and there is no system in place for any "additional ballots" that may be cast illegally.
We had asked for a system of both sides acknowledging the mail deliveries and ballot box count each day to maintain the integrity of the election, but that too has been REJECTED.
What all this boils down to is the potential of VOTING FRAUD that a corrupt system will embrace to maintain its control.
It is filled with holes they REFUSE TO CLOSE, and hence, the election may indeed be compromised by actions which in effect CAUSE IMPROPRIETY that could have easily been corrected.
Finally, there is no ballot for the General Manager. Her "no confidence" was nonbinding; however, the significant total speaks for itself.
An HONEST BOARD would consider replacing any individual and staff that received such a damning number of complaints.
And...knowing those who are being subject to the removal making the decision to maintain her employment, it then makes it MANDATORY to remove them, and replace them with people WHO WILL REPLACE HER.
This is all so bad.
I hope we get results from Nevada Real Estate Division, but that will be slow too.

At this point Anthem Opinions realized it was dealing with an irrational individual who added nothing to our blog commentary and TERMINATED HIS SUBSCRIPTION.
Now...that's the FULL STORY.
Maybe David has an agreement with the board to build the miniature golf course.
It was just another idiotic idea he came up with, and from my sources, has still not given up on that idea.
And, as is always the story, he tried to sell it to people as if it was "free" until Anthem Opinions EXPOSED him for his... should I repeat, half-story "yellow journalism".
