Boy, was this ever TIMELY!!!! My mother-in-law JUST asked me LAST NIGHT about why she kept getting a brown sugar "brick" and what she could do to prevent it. Adding marshmallows to the container was not something I would've thought to use, but I'm definitely going to try it! (And also split the bag of marshmallows with my MIL). Thanks for the tip!!
