From Robert Nusser...to...Anthem Opinions Also.....what a lot of people don't realize is that whole milk is 3% fat, so you can say that whole milk is 97% fat-free whereas skim milk is 1-2% fat so, therefore, 98-99% fat free; there's only a 1-2% difference between skim milk and whole milk.
