With regard to the proposed change(s) to the City of Henderson Residential Zoning regarding the "SORO Project"
Any change in the permitted Executive Airport Arrival and/or Departure flight paths that would allow air traffic over existing residential neighborhoods to benefit a proposed residential development is an affront to the citizens of Henderson.
Zoning regulations are (in theory) written to protect and enhance the life-style and well-being of the citizens in the city – they should not be used to financially benefit one or more politically-connected individuals. Any change(s) in the Arrival and/or Departure flight paths could adversely affect hundreds of existing homes, and thousands of residents (and Voters), in the Sun City Anthem and Seven Hills communities.
Such changes will further erode the property values of the affected homes, damage the peaceful and tranquil lifestyle currently enjoyed by the affected citizens, and jeopardize the future political ambitions of any and all individual(s) responsible for such change(s).
