  1. We have been advised that there is a Red Rodeo SUV on the 2800 block of Meadow Park Ave. in Sun City Anthem that may be doing some landscaping work.

We have been notified this vehicle has 2 Latino workers and is unlicensed to do such work.

Please ask any and all landscapers to produce both a license and proof of insurance before you contact them.

Any injury sustained in the absence of such evidence can and likely make you RESPONSIBLE as a result of employing an unlicensed and/or uninsured firm.

We ask anyone who witnesses landscaping vehicles without displaying the name of the company and the license number to report this to the Henderson Police and send Anthem opinions an email in order that we may report this on our "Resident Reports of Concerning Crime Activity" Information Page.

  2. Coyotes on Scotts Valley and /Baton Rouge/Sumter Valley Drives.

Saw 3 large coyotes coming off the golf course this morning at 8:30am.

So many people walk their little dogs by this golf course every day, and should consider an air horn (or noisemakers from New Years?) to scare them off if you're walking.

  4. On the 5th hole of the Lexington Golf Course:

Yesterday, January 1st, it was reported that 8 (that's correct, 8) adult coyote were sited and moving East to West.

    It was quite a sight.
