By now many of the residents in 
Sun City Anthem have received their ballot in order to vote in the 2017 Board of 
Directors election.
We just received a 3 part series of articles written by retiring Board 
Director, Jim Mayfield.
Part One of 
Three will be published on Monday, April 3, 2017.  
These articles are based on his 
years of Board and Finance Committee experience.
We ask a 
simple favor of each of our readers.
Mr. Mayfield took a great deal 
of time to compose them.  
Unlike others who have been Board members, he could have simply walked away from the Board without a word, but instead chose to say "good bye" in a manner that showed a deep concern for a retirement community he and his wife, Sarah, chose as his home, years ago.
