The other day a woman (who lives alone) had Century Link and Direct TV reps in her house for service (or something).
NOTHING wrong with the service reps.
What happened was that the Century Link rep left first, while the woman was with the Direct TV rep in her bedroom.
When the woman came back out to her living room she found a strange, black woman in her living room (!).
The stranger appeared surprised to see her and said "I'm looking for Rachel".
The homeowner was dumb-founded and told her to get out - when she left, the homeowner saw a second black woman outside her front door...........it is believed that the intruder found the front door unlocked and assumed no one was home.
ALWAYS keep your doors locked and make sure you lock them after you escort repairmen, etc to the door.
Personal note: if you have a handgun in the house, you should carry it on your person whenever you have a stranger in your house (e.g. repairman, etc) - there are too may crazies in the world
If you do not intend to carry a handgun with you, get a dog that barks or yaps!
