In yet another attempt to convince the
Sun City Anthem community to rebuke the potential recall of 4 Board members and
maintain the corruption he has endorsed and been a central part of for years,
the lies continue to flow from the pen of Barnum...uh...the
Bermeiser.
This man continues
to avoid the issues of corruption and waste spelled out in the recall
petitions...
He still will not
reprint them for his readers to see their contents, and now in total
desperation, has come up with yet more "scare
tactics" to convince others that THE PRECIOUS MACHINE
WHCH DEFINES HIM AS ITS MOST CORRUPTIVE FORCE, MUST BE
MAINTAINED.
We took his latest "who shot john" statements and found that they were as
accurate as his previously filing fraudulent documents that cost him his ability
to practice law at one time of his "illustrious"
career.
While Barnum...uh...the
Bermeister...struts around the halls of Anthem Center as if he's someone of
importance...and is all too often, ignored by many during his
constant interuptions into private conversations with residents... while hiding a secretive recorder often RECORDING
CONVERSATIONS...
...our NRS 116 expert, Tim Stebbins, who attended a recent meeting of the Nevada
Commission for Common Interest Communities and Condominiums, and has always been
looked on as the "go to guy" for accuracy....learned the
following...
...and explained by the Nevada Senior Deputy Attorney General, Michelle
Briggs.
There was another
HOA that had a 5 member board and 3 of the 5 were removed by the commission,
leaving only 2.
The Attorney
General stated those 2 could conduct all association business and fill the
vacancies as they see fit.
In other words, if
all four Sun City Anthem Directors are successfully removed, the remaining three
CAN CONDUCT all association business and fill the four vacancies as they see
fit.
So much for this aspect of Barnum's
Bull.
Now let's look at another one he's
pulled from his imaginative hat..
...petitions have to be certified by
the association attorney at some horrific cost.
One again, we checked this out, and
learned THAT TOO IS..
There is a difference between verifying
signatures on a petition and an official ballot.
They do not have to be sent to an
attorney. They may be examined in house...and...we can assure you, WE WILL WATCH EVERY ASPECT of any such
action.
Now...to the last statement of having
to spend $40,000 to $50,000 on separate recall ballots instead of placing all
four on the same.
When all the complaints are the same
and involve all four members, one packet stating all their names with a simple
check mark on which, if not all, should be
sufficient.
...and any attempt by an association attorney...or instructions to an association attorney by a
board of General Manager to insist on four separate mailings, would simply be
looked at as "the fix was in".
That action, would PROVE beyond a doubt that Sun City Anthem governance will
stop at nothing to maintain a stranglehold on 7,144
homes....
...as well as...trigger numerous complaints to the Nevada Real Estate Commission
and TV and newspaper media.
CONCLUSION
It is obvious that the unit owners are
more than dissatisfied with these directors and actions of the General Manager,
that few people are refusing to sign the petitions
for their removal and "no confidence"...
...that those who are refusing to do
so, have been so ingrained in the corruptive forces they have supported and
maintained for years, and championed by an individual who stops at nothing to
maintain those forces, that it is time for them to come to this
conclusion:
SUN CITY ANTHEM IS TIRED OF THE
DECISIONS AND ANTICS that have resulted in SUBSTANTIAL LOSS and LACK OF RESPECT
FOR ITS GOVERNING BODY...
...that their decisions ARE BASED ON
SELF-INTEREST, rather than those of the community, and that THEY CAUSED the recall petitions to be enacted, not those
dedicated residents who have taken time from their retirement lives to bring
back INTEGRITY to a community.
And...if
they are really that dedicated to the well-being of the Sun City Anthem
community, and wish to avoid petitions, recall ballots, and embarrassment to
themselves, as well as, the entire Las Vegas
valley...
...that they place the well-being of
the community first, and simply resign, saving
community assets, and allowing the community to regain the stature it once had
before their corruptive forces created such havoc.

Just a quick "thank you" for your efforts in bringing some perceived honesty in the daily matters within the community.
While I am guilty as an individual in being one of the D.Berman readers, as my brother who has always (seemingly) been involved in Los Angeles city politics once said, "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."
Looking forward to your daily emails.
I appreciate the compliment.
I make no excuses for my strong dislike for an individual who demonstrates the worst in human behavior.
When one recognizes the evil in a person parading in sheep's clothing, while beneath it lies a carnivorous beast; who, at the first available opportunity, will pounce on the innocent for no apparent reason other than achieving some form of control never before having achieved it, I have utter contempt for that life form.
How sad it must be to know within oneself that life's success is limited to being somewhat responsible in assisting those to be elected to Board positions; those same individuals who now have caused an army of volunteers making dedicated efforts to depose them.
To him, this is not about keeping Board members. This is about his maintaining some form of fictional "self-worth".
In the recent election, his "golden boy" and high recommendation of Rex Weddle proved his armor was now tarnished when Weddle was barely reelected.
He knows that a recall success, or even one closely resembling one, is the end of his chicanery.
I feel it a moral responsibility to make those I call "neighbor" aware of such a treacherous individual who is nothing more than a "flim flam" man, whose behavior and recommendations have cost good people their hard earned savings and in so many other cases, their "good name".
See how much they are responsible for and these are usually big buildings 1 million sq. feet and up.
The first web site has more info.
Now compare the above to the $154,000 salary we pay the Sun City Anthem Facilities Director.
Our Facility Director is way overpaid.
