Sun City Anthem Director Nona Tobin...A Breath of Fresh Air...Refusing to Submit to Machine

Sun City Anthem Board Director
To Make Motions
Giving Back Community to Unit Owners

Her counterparts may be shunning her ideas and even keeping from informing her of an executive board session which was held WITHOUT NOTIFYING HER, an action forbidden by NRS116 regulations,  but that doesn't seem to concern Nona Tobin when it comes to her dedication to reforming the current "political machine" in Sun City Anthem.

She knows she was elected to fix a system she believed was broken, and she's obviously taken it seriously.

She intends to make four motions at the July 27, 2017 Board meeting, and, unlike what we have experienced for years,  she wants your input as to how you feel about them.

Tomorrow, we will begin a four part series summarizing these motions.

These include the following topics:

Reinstatement of Code of Conduct Regulations
Initiation of Unit Owner Legal Services Committee
Initiation of Unit Owner Investment & Insurance Committee
Resolving the Restaurant Issue

Tomorrow, we will present her first motion:

Reinstatement of Code of Conduct Regulations

Anthem Opinions Administration
  1. If that's how our BOD treats "one of their own", what chance do we have as mere residents, who just pay all the bills here?
We're behind Nona 100%, and look forward to much more from her.
  2. I find it somewhat ridiculous that residents continue to refer to NRS116 regulations. They are less than meaningless. The State of Nevada shows absolutely no interest in enforcing the law. The Board appears to be well aware that they can violate, in the extreme, the law and there will be no prosecution. Sad.
