  1. I have had my property in Sun City for nearly 20 years, with no issues about how the Community Standards office was run. Now, it seems the Community Standards Management people are going out of their way to make the lives of the people living here miserable by coming up with one nit picky thing after another. Objects that have been on our properties for many years, causing no one harm and causing no one to complain, are now being suddenly determined by some arbitrary group or individual to be out of compliance with community standards. WHOSE COMMUNITY STANDARDS? If these so called violations were real, then at least one neighbor should be complaining, not some faceless nome roving around looking for violations to HARASS our community. IF the violations were of any significance that would be one thing, but having some jerk off patrolling us like the Gestapo is outrageous and unacceptable.
You as Board Members should do something to calm the rabid zelot running the Community Standards department. Enough is enough!
