Former Sun City Anthem Board Director Appointed to Nevada Real Estate Division by Governor
We wish to congratulate BOB FRANK, former Board Vice President, for his recent appointment to the Nevada Real Estate Division by Governor Sandoval.

Bob joins recent appointee, Jonathan Frederich, who replaced former Sun City Anthem Director, Favil West, as one of three appointees who represent the interests of homeowners.
Mr. Frank is replacing Director, Marilyn Brainard.
Both men are well known for their homeowner rights positions.
Perhaps our community should now take another look at this man, a man whose background was thoroughly vetted by the Governor's office prior to appointment, yet who has been relentlessly ridiculed by anther blog owner over the years.
The obvious question here is WHO IS THE MORE CREDIBLE OF THE TWO?
The Governor of our state, a man ELECTED by the people...
Or a blog owner, who believes HE SPEAKS for them ?

My congratulation to Bob Frank’s appointment to the Department of Real Estate CICC (Common Interest Communities and Condominiums by Governor Sandoval.
ReplyDeleteI was equally pleased when Jonathan Frederich was appointed to replace SCA Resident Favil West.
Both these men are well know throughout our area for their hard work and continual efforts to fight for homeowner’s rights against bad Property Management Companies, Association Attorneys, and out of control Association’s Board of Directors.
Those they fought against to protect our homeowners from abuse, corruption, and mismanagement have hammered Bob and Jonathan time and time again.
They never gave up…Bob Frank fought back when he became a victim of false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution at the hands of four SCA Board Members and the politically corrupt City of Henderson Police Department.
Now Bob and Jonathon are in a better position to really make a difference to improve the way we live and protect our rights as homeowners.
These two appointments and efforts of other local groups to rid ourselves of poor management will certainly improve and maintain Sun City Anthem as the #1 Senior Citizen Community throughout the United States to live in.
