By now many of the residents in
Sun City Anthem have received their ballot in order to vote in the 2017 Board of
Directors election.
We just received a 3 part series of articles written by retiring Board
Director, Jim Mayfield.
Part One of
Three will be published on Monday, April 3, 2017.
These articles are based on his
years of Board and Finance Committee experience.
We ask a
simple favor of each of our readers.
Mr. Mayfield took a great deal
of time to compose them.
Unlike others who have been Board members, he could have simply walked away from the Board without a word, but instead chose to say "good bye" in a manner that showed a deep concern for a retirement community he and his wife, Sarah, chose as his home, years ago.

The favor we ask
?
Before you cast a ballot, or are
in any way persuaded by another publication, we ask that you read this series of
articles written by a man who "has been there, and done
that"... for in excess of five years .
It's that easy...just digest
their contents and
then vote for whomever you
choose.
The difference between this and
the past?
You will have received vital
input from a qualified individual who has been a part of Sun City Anthem
governance for years...one who was an original member of the Board before
"transition to self-management" was ever
considered...
...an individual who is best
equipped to provide "the real
story".
See you Monday morning with Part
One of...
